Hi, I’m Jacquelyn Yerman — the “Y” in My Diamond Homes. I’m a Rocklin, California local, a mom, and one of the proud founders of our female-owned company.
I’ve spent almost two decades in the real estate industry, but my passion for helping others started from a personal experience. Seventeen years ago, I lost my home after facing a series of challenges that felt impossible to overcome. No matter where I turned, the options offered were designed to benefit the bank — not me.
That experience lit a fire in me. I made it my goal to help others avoid that same pain by giving them the tools, knowledge, and confidence to make smart real estate decisions. Today, I combine that purpose with my love of design and renovation — helping others not just find homes but create spaces they truly love.
As Oprah Winfrey once said, “Turn your wounds into wisdom.” That’s precisely what I’ve done.

I am represented by the “M” in My Diamond Homes and feel blessed to be a co-contributor to its creation. I define myself as part of a loving family and as an individual with a strong commitment to the responsibilities of my personal and professional life. In my professional sphere, I have long been an advocate for people, starting out with my studies in social work and eventually working for a nonprofit that supports clinics. Jacquelyn, my sister-in-law and co-owner of MDH, convinced me to move to the world of real estate, where I worked in home financing. This career change was exciting and rewarding, allowing me to work closely with Jacquelyn. It brought our families closer together and allowed me to work directly with people to provide the support they needed to secure their new homes. Now, as one of the founders of My Diamond Homes LLC, we are navigating our own way through the world of real estate investing.
